Companies with the  mark comply with the Thrane & Thrane "On board Service Center" and SAILOR Service Partner programs. They are obliged to service all fixed installed SAILOR products (including OEM branded versions of Thrane & Thrane produced maritime radio and satcom products).
The other companies on the list comply with the SAILOR Service Partner program. They are trained and have spare parts etc. for the product groups listed, but may also service other product groups.
