    The Thrane & Thrane global service solution comprises the On board Service Center and SAILOR Service Partner network specially trained in performing services and repairs on board the vessels on all Thrane & Thrane SAILOR products and the Regional Workshop network performing workshop repairs on selected products on behalf of Thrane & Thrane.

    Each company has been carefully selected for its geographic location and for its commitment to prompt and efficient customer service, and has been specially trained in the Thrane & Thrane product families.

    Thrane & Thrane Regional Workshops supplement our network of Partners and Resellers by extending the reach of our own factory know-how and competence across the world. As our representatives who are close to our customers and our products in the field, they provide the shortest servicing and repair turnaround times in the industry worldwide. All Regional Workshops as well as On board Service Centers and Service Partners are empowered to provide repair services under the factory warranty without consulting Thrane & Thrane first.

This means that you can contact any On board Service Center or SAILOR Service Partner for service and repair of any Thrane & Thrane produced marine product, no matter who sold and installed it. Your Service Partner and On board Service Center is a mobile workforce that can service and repair your marine product wherever you want; - it is your best option for cost effective on board servicing. The Onboard Service Center and SAILOR Service Partner engineers will be pleased to provide whatever service or repair you require – on board the vessel – to the same high standards of quality as the Regional Workshop in their workshops, and Thrane & Thrane in our entire operation.

    Thrane & Thrane Regional Workshops, On board Service Centers and Service Partners have set a new world class standard in response time due to local Factory Certified Engineers and spare parts stocks backed by a comprehensive support organisation and warehouse at our factory for rapid response to service requests. Thrane & Thrane guarantees that not only quality and response time are world class, but also that repair prices are fair and in line with Thrane & Thrane policy and commitments. We make regular follow-up visits to each Service Centre in order to ensure that they always comply with our stringent standards.
